BC Innovations is a small creative business located in Durham, North Carolina that has been providing innovative solutions to complex problems for businesses, community organizations, and state and federal agencies for over over 21 years. Formed in 1987 by Scott Bryant-Comstock, BC Innovations has developed a reputation for providing new and creative insight into challenging organizational and community problems. Scott envisioned a need for the development of an approach to facilitation that was both inclusive of divergent views but also focused on winning results. With close to two decades of experience, Scott has incorporated learnings from business leaders, families, providers and community decision-makers throughout the United States into a focused facilitation approach that works!
BC Innovations has been at the forefront of providing quality strategic planning retreats, training programs and conferences in over 40 states across the United States. BC Innovations is dedicated to providing organizations or community collaboratives with the tools necessary to be successful in achieving their goals.
